Scope of work

• Complete turnkey work of 48 Modules in 21 Buildings.
• Design, engineering, fabrication, and assembly of 1,080 tons steel for  Modular Buildings with total area of 4,300 m2.
• Full assembly and execution of various external & internal finishing including partitions, façade walls, ceiling, tiling, doors, windows & full MEP systems.
• Packing of all modular buildings with Special packing materials (Heat Shrink Film materials )
• Delivering finished modular buildings to port in KSA, including loading & offloading during shipment stages.
