Scope of work

• Core and shell construction including MEP system First phase of 4 Buildings at the Boulevard World site in Riyadh, where the basic inside ( Core ) and the outer building envelope ( Shell ) and MEP system are constructed by IBSF’s team.
• Support Façade Steel Structure, Site Construction & Concrete Work for Monopoly Building & Kids area
• Core & Shell for Tunnel in the reception area at Kids Zone.
